Recently ordered an item that was out of stock, I was contacted and offered a refund or to wait the estimated two weeks for the product to be in stock. I opted to wait, I was contacted as soon as the product was in stock. Received my product shortly thereafter. Again great customer service and communication.

Couldn\'t find where to leave a review, but this has been a great experience. The prices are more than fair and I\'m able to save on meds for a BIG dog!! The follow up with a video from a member in the company is so friendly and personal. It\'s nice to have that human contact involved in transactions Would absolutely reccommend this site for meds.
